ABOUT CLUB LUKOIL, LUKOIL PAY AND ENROLLMENT
What is Club LUKOIL? Club LUKOIL is a free rewards program that allows members to sign up for LUKOIL Pay, get rotating offers on convenience store merchandise, and locate a station.
How do I enroll in Club LUKOIL? Download the Club LUKOIL North America from the App Store or Google Play and follow the prompts to enter the requested information to enroll.
What is LUKOIL Pay? LUKOIL Pay is a free service that Club LUKOIL members can enroll in to pay at the pump or inside by linking a payment method to the Club LUKOIL app.
What payment methods can I link to LUKOIL Pay? Credit cards, debit cards, checking accounts, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I enroll in LUKOIL Pay? First enroll in Club LUKOIL (see above), then from the Club LUKOIL app tap the “More” button on the main, then tap “Manage Wallet”, then tap the “Add Payment” button, and follow the instructions.
How long does it take to link my checking account? It depends on your bank. Your account will either be activated immediately, or you’ll receive an email with additional instructions to complete your enrollment, which could take up to three business days. If you are not activated immediately then you will need to complete a bank verification process where 2 small test transactions are deposited to your checking account for you to confirm, or you will receive an email requesting additional information. After you receive a welcome or verification email notifying you that enrollment is complete, you can begin using LUKOIL Pay after 24 hours from receipt of the email.
What if I receive an error message stating that my email already exists when attempting to enroll in Club LUKOIL? This means that you have previously enrolled in a program powered by ZipLine. To successfully submit your enrollment for Club LUKOIL, enter the enrollment information exactly as it appears on your existing ZipLine account including:
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Driver’s License #
Email Address

Enter your PIN for the first login, then you will create a password for future logins.
REWARDS AND MAKING PAYMENTS
How do I earn rewards on fuel? Club LUKOIL members earn the following rewards on fuel:
Silver members Save 3¢/gal. all day, every day, no matter how you pay.
Gold members Fill up at least 2 times a month to save 5¢/gal. on every purchase after your second purchase through the following month.
Platinum members Fill up at least 4 times a month to save 7¢/gal. on every purchase after your fourth purchase through the following month.
When using a bank account linked to LUKOIL Pay you will receive an additional 3¢/gal. rebate at the end of the month.
How will I receive my fuel rewards? Every time you enter your alt-id or use LUKOIL Pay to pay for fuel, you will receive 3 cents off of the advertised price per gallon at the time of purchase, Gold members will receive 5 cents off of the advertised price per gallon and Platinum members will receive 5 cents off of the advertised price per gallon.
How do I pay at the pump with LUKOIL Pay? From the Club LUKOIL app tap the “Pay” button, tap “Pay Outside”, select the station, pump number, and follow the prompts.
Can I have the pump stop at a certain dollar amount? Yes, on the “Pay Outside” screen there is an optional feature to select from a preset dollar amount or enter a custom preset amount. Once the specified amount of fuel is dispensed the pump will automatically stop dispensing fuel.
How do I pay inside with LUKOIL Pay? From the Club LUKOIL app tap the “Pay” button, tap “Pay Inside”, and follow the prompts and have the cashier scan the code on your phone screen.
How do I save inside the store? Club LUKOIL members can review the offers screen on the Club LUKOIL app for a rotating selection of offers for c-store merchandise.
MY ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
Why do you need my birthdate, email address, driver’s license number, and last 4 digits of my social security number to link my bank account? When you pay using a linked bank account you are issuing an electronic check. This enrollment data will be used to confirm your identity, help to prevent fraud, and communicate with you.
Is my information secure? The security of your information is very important to us. We do not sell or disclose any information to outside parties not affiliated with the programs. Your data is kept safe in secure servers. All banking information is encrypted.
How do I make changes to my account? From the Club LUKOIL app tap the “More” button.

How do I delete my account? Click on the profile button at the top of the home screen, then tap the “Delete Account” button.
CHARGES AND FEES
Are there any fees to enroll in or use Club LUKOIL and LUKOIL Pay? Club LUKOIL and LUKOIL Pay are free to enroll in and use. Although unlikely, your bank may charge fees for ACH withdrawal. Check with your bank for specific details. There are fees when transactions are returned unpaid. See below for additional information.
What happens if a transaction is returned unpaid? You should not make a purchase with a linked bank account if you know that you do not have sufficient funds in your checking account to cover the amount of the transaction. If a transaction is returned unpaid, your LUKOIL Pay account will be deactivated until you remit payment in full. Returned transactions also result in a return fee being assessed to your account which is in addition to any fees your bank may charge. ZipLine or their assigned agents will try to collect the amount of the returned transaction and associated return fee. If ZipLine or their assigned agents are unable to collect the returned transaction and return fee, your account will be referred to a collection service and your membership may be cancelled. We recommend that you enroll in overdraft protection with your bank to avoid being inconvenienced and incurring return fees.
