Mobile Wallet
The Club LUKOIL mobile application may allow Members to store payment cards or other payment credentials within a mobile wallet feature. By adding a payment method, Members:
Represent that they are authorized to use the payment method.
Authorize LUKOIL North America LLC and its payment processors to store tokenized payment credentials.
Acknowledge that payments may be processed by third-party payment networks and financial institutions.
LUKOIL North America LLC does not store full payment card numbers and relies on tokenization and secure payment processing providers.
Transactions will be processed through authorized payment networks.
Members authorize LUKOIL North America LLC to charge their selected payment method for completed purchases.
Members are responsible for ensuring that payment information is current and valid.
Lost or Unauthorized Access
Users must notify the LUKOIL North America LLC immediately if they believe:
Their account has been compromised
Unauthorized transactions have occurred
LUKOIL North America LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the Member’s failure to safeguard account credentials.
Location Information. We may collect location information, such as location based on IP address or geolocation information.
Employment Information. We may collect employment information, such as employment history, current and former employer names and addresses, profession or title/role, employer/employee identification information, expense information, tax and withholding information, and emergency contact information.
Audio Recordings. We may collect audio recordings, such as customer care calls.
Chat Content. We may collect chat or text content and history, such as customer care conversations.
Inferences. We may collect inferences regarding your marketing and communications preferences, interests, and other characteristics.
Conduct Business with Us. We collect Personal Information from you at various places and through various mechanisms when you use, visit, or participate in the Company Activities and Interactions.
